Zimbra emergency maintenance: A couple servers in our Zimbra hosting environment have file system issues, impacting about 5% of our hosted mail clients. Mail administrators have mostly restored the system but issue requires additional repairs with reboots. There will be intermittent issues for those mailbox holders until fully resolved. ETA 1-3 hours.

We will performing preventative maintenance on our router servicing our UTOPIA customers. This maintenance is expected to have minimal impact on customer's Internet service; however, should it become necessary to perform a reboot, customers may experience 10-20 minutes of downtime.

To accommodate customer growth on our network, we will be installing an additional line card in our router serving our UTOPIA fiber customers. This maintenance is expected to have little to no impact to our customer's Internet service.

UPDATE resolved

UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in the WV038 footprint(s) in West Valley, UT. Engineering has been notified. Field Services has also been notified and is in transit to the site. 17 customers are affected. Updates will be provided as we know more information.

To accommodate for future growth, UTOPIA will be restacking switches in our OR008 cabinet located Orem UT.

Affected customers can expect to be without services for less than 1 hour during the maintenance window.

To fix card errors, UTOPIA will be replacing a card in core equipment DCS-MU001-R located in Murray UT. Affected customers can expect to be without services for 15 – 20 minutes.

UPDATE Outage is due to "major fiber damage" and ETA is now 3:00 AM on 5/20

UPDATE 4:50PM Fiber crews are about 1 hour from having fiber ready to splice. The majority of customers should be up around 7:30PM. New ETR 12:00AM for all work to be completed

A fiber cut on UTOPIA in Woodland Hills is being repaired. Estimated time of return is between 8 and 9 pm tonight.
