XMission will be deploying a critical firmware update to all Grandstream Telephone Adapter devices in our network. The new firmware introduces enhanced security protocols and performance optimizations that will provide a more reliable voice experience.

During the firmware update, voice service on affected adapters will be temporarily unavailable.
