SCOPE OF IMPACT: All customers will experience a brief outage while maintenance is being performed.

Network Operations Center engineers are looking into a possible partial outage in Bozeman. Updates to follow as status progresses

UPDATE: Resolved

The scheduled maintenance will take place September 16th at 12:00 AM. Network admins are going to be replacing a network switch. This process is expected to last an hour or less. Less than a dozen customers will be impacted and will not have internet during this time.

We have been made aware of an outage impacting our Bozeman customers. We are currently working with Yellowstone Fiber for a resolution. There is no ETA at this time.

DESCRIPTION: UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in the BL001, BD001 footprint(s) in Bluffdale, UT. Field Services are in transit to the site. There are 15+- Business customers affected. Updates will be sent as we know more information. START TIME: 7:45 PM SCOPE OF IMPACT: All customers affected will be without service.

RESOLVED: The outage has been resolved. All services have been restored. An MDA card needed to be reseated.

XMission will perform scheduled upgrades to the power system on our VoIP servers tonight, from midnight to 6 a.m. Downtime should be brief and may require a reboot of your onsite Telephone Adapter.

UTOPIA Network Outage Notification for 09/07/2023 - Footprint(s) MU007-ADS-1003 DESCRIPTION: UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in the MU007-ADS-1003 footprint(s) in Murray, UT. Field Services are in transit to the site. There are 12 residential customers affected. RESOLVED: The outage has been resolved. All services have been restored. ADS Slot died, Customers have been moved to New ADS RESOLUTION TIME: 2:00 pm MST

UTOPIA has confirmed an outage in the Murray area. They have a tech en route, but no ETA at this time.
