The scheduled maintenance will take place September 16th at 12:00 AM. Network admins are going to be replacing a network switch. This process is expected to last an hour or less. Less than a dozen customers will be impacted and will not have internet during this time.

Lehi Fiber management partners Strata Networks will be pushing a firmware upgrade to all OLTs and ONTs.

Customers in Lehi will experience two 10 minutes service outages during the maintenance window as the equipment reboots

UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in all footprint(s) in West Valley City, UT. Engineering is investigating the issue. There are 200+ residential customers affected. Updates will be sent as we know more information.

There is currently a partial outage in Midvale footprint MD002. UTOPIA is currently investigating the cause, but suspect it is due to a power issue.

It appears that this was caused by a tripped circuit breaker -Resolved

UTOPIA has confirmed an outage affecting some customers in Brigham City. No ETR at this time.

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved.

One of our Zimbra servers was impacted between 11:30am - 12:30pm. Admins are still working to resolve the cause of the impact.
