DESCRIPTION: UTOPIA maintenance LI007 power upgrade/maintenance

SCOPE OF IMPACT: All customers will experience a brief outage while maintenance is being performed.

UTOPIA is investigating an issue that may be affecting some of our UTOPIA customers in Brigham City. Engineers have been dispatched to investigate further, ETR TBD

UPDATE: All services restored

There has been a power outage that is affecting a portion of our customers in Pleasant Grove, UT on the PG005 footprint. UTOPIA is sending a team out to fix the issue. Currently no ETR.

UPDATE: This has been resolved.

Our network administrator is currently working with our fiber partners to repair a downed access point at the Artspace Commons which feeds the buildings there, affecting some tenants connections, as well as our Central 9th East hub, and Tryangles - Current ETR: 7-9am MST

UPDATE - This has since been resolved.

UTOPIA is investigating a partial outage for some of our customers in Murray footprint MU002

Update 7:45 AM MST - Issue resolved

There is currently an outage in Pleasant Grove. We do not have an ETA at this time, but will update as we receive more information.

UPDATE: The outage has been resolved in Pleasant Grove. This was due to a crucial piece of equipment needing to be rebooted. If you continue to have issues, please power cycle your fiber gateway and router (unplugging from the power for 30 seconds minimum, then giving them time to fully boot back up)

This outage is currently being investigated, no ETA at this time.

UTOPIA Network Outage Resolution - 7/16/23 - Footprint(s) MU020 in Murray, UT. RESOLVED: The outage has been resolved. All services have been restored. The A/C unit failed to cool equipment which caused the switch to auto-shut The A/C unit was running low on coolant, was refilled

XMission has scheduled a maintenance window between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 10th to perform maintenance on our Universal Power Supply (UPS) infrastructure. No issues are expected and we will run our backup generators to better ensure the facility has stable power the entire time.

DESCRIPTION: Switch in PA020 is overheating and we will be moving customers off that switch to another switch.

SCOPE OF IMPACT: 9 afected customers will see a brief outage while they are being moved to a new switch.

We are investigating a potential outage affecting some of our Yellowstone fiber customers, no current ETR, status will be updated as it progresses

Update 01:15 AM July 6th: Resolved

UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in the WV040 footprint in West Valley City, UT. Field Services are in transit to the site. There are 20 residential customers affected. Suspected fiber cut, but we'll know more once the Field Techs are on-site.
