Tremonton UTOPIA fiber cut - Tremonton

A fire in Tremonton resulted in the damaging of the fiber line servicing some of our UTOPIA customers there, causing downtime this evening and into tonight. Dispatch is currently working on the ground and expects to have the line repaired and customers back online by 2AM, Sunday April 11th.

Orem Power outage affecting UTOPIA in Lindon & Orem

A Rocky Mountain Power outage is affecting 255 UTOPIA customers in Lindon & Orem. Repair crews are onsite.

We are aware of an outage that is affecting UTOPIA customers using DHCP. We are actively working on getting our DHCP server operational.

SLIX Delong & Social Hall Upgrade, scheduled 4 years ago

The SLIX switches at Delong & Social Hall will have their back-hauls rerouted through new connections. There will be an interruption of service between switches, but not between peers on the same switch. The interruptions should be momentary as the VLAN reroutes and mac-tables repopulate.
