UTOPIA will be retiring several EOL switches in OR019, OR025 and OR007 footprints in Orem UT. A few affected customers will experience a 10-15 minute outage while they are moved to a different switch.

To accommodate for future growth, UTOPIA will be restacking switches in our OR008 cabinet located Orem UT.

Affected customers can expect to be without services for less than 1 hour during the maintenance window.

To fix card errors, UTOPIA will be replacing a card in core equipment DCS-MU001-R located in Murray UT. Affected customers can expect to be without services for 15 – 20 minutes.

UPDATE Outage is due to "major fiber damage" and ETA is now 3:00 AM on 5/20

UPDATE 4:50PM Fiber crews are about 1 hour from having fiber ready to splice. The majority of customers should be up around 7:30PM. New ETR 12:00AM for all work to be completed

A fiber cut on UTOPIA in Woodland Hills is being repaired. Estimated time of return is between 8 and 9 pm tonight.

UTOPIA will be doing and emergency power maintenance in our MR001 Hut in Morgan UT. We will be checking the cables connectivity.

RESOLVED 11:35 PM

Some XMission Voice customers are not able to make or receive calls this morning. We are investigating a routing issue for one of the VLANs for our Voice data.

UPDATE: issue resolved 10:10 AM

The outage affecting UTOPIA footprint Murray08 has been resolved as of 01:45 MST

UTOPIA is reporting an issue on Murray footprint 08 which is affecting some XMission customers there. Engineers have been dispatched and will relay further information as the issue is addressed.
