[8/20 7:08 PM] Discovered that a segment of the Lehi City Fiber Network is experiencing an outage. [8/20 7:09 PM] Discovered fiber outage is affecting cabinets 39, 40, and 41 [8/21 2:54 AM] Lehi City Fiber informed us technicians will be dispatched to each cabinet this morning as part of ongoing restoration efforts. [08/21 8:41 AM] Lehi City Fiber has confirmed repairs are ongoing, but do not have an ETA at this time. [08/21 1:20 PM] Lehi City Fiber has confirmed a full fiber repair is ongoing, but do not have an ETA at this time.

We are currently investigating an issue regarding customers not being able to access websites that run off Shopify that route through cloudflare, some websites may be inaccessible during this time and we apologize for the inconvenience. This issue started around 11:00 am MST and we will be posting updates as the day goes on. UPDATE - This looks to be mostly resolved, only now affecting IP's that have been reported as abusive at abuseipdb.com

07/25/2026 10:31 PM MDT - Outage resolved. The AC in the cabinet was not working which caused high temperatures in the cabinet and the switches to shut down. Field services opened the doors to cool the cabinet and rebooted the switch stack to restore services. Cool Cats is in route to fix the AC.
