We appreciate your patience while we gather more information. We have been told troubleshooting is underway. We will keep you informed regarding this situation as soon as we know more. No ETA
Currently we have an outage impacting all Bonfire customers. We have a ticket open with our long haul fiber provider to help restore services as quickly as possible.

The break in the fiber has been found, however it is located on a network not owned by the fiber transport causing delays in their ability to troubleshoot and repair it. Unfortunately, still no ETA at this time.
