XMission has scheduled a routine maintenance window between 6:00 p.m. and midnight on Friday, October 25th to perform maintenance on our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) infrastructure. No issues are expected and we will run our backup generators to better ensure the facility has stable power the entire time.

Ignacio Update: Fiber is currently being spliced and we are expecting it to be resolved within the hour

The Ignacio, Colorado issue has been resolved. Please reboot your router if your internet isn't working. Our technical support is available if any additional help is needed.

Lehi Fiber is performing firmware upgrades on fiber devices across their network in Lehi which will result in a loss of connection for customers lasting about 5 to 10 minutes, occurring two to three times during the maintenance window of 12AM to 4AM, October 23rd, 2024

UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in the OR006 footprint(s) in Orem, UT. Field Services are in transit to the site. There are 210 residential customers affected. START TIME: 11:53 RESOLVED: The outage has been resolved. All services have been restored. Newmar Busbars failure causing the switch to be inoperable RESOLUTION TIME: 13:10

UTOPIA has been made aware of an outage affecting roughly 200 customers in the Layton footprint of LA021. There is currently no ETA at this time. UPDATE: This has been resolved. You may need to power cycle your personal router if you still are having connection issues.

We have been made aware of issues affecting our Bozeman, MT customers. Our networking team is working on a resolution, and we will update this page as we receive new information. UPDATE: This has since been resolved. You may need to power cycle your personal router, and if your router was set to a static configuration earlier this year you'll want to update your router's WAN connection type to DHCP or Dynamic rather than Static.
