We experienced a service outage today from 10:50 a.m. to 11:35 a.m. MST affecting email services. A storage drive failure on one of our infrastructure servers triggered an automatic recovery process that stalled. When we attempted to manually restart the recovery, it caused an unexpected system failure that required a restart to resolve. All services are now fully restored and operating normally. The failed hardware is being replaced, and we’re reviewing our response procedures to prevent similar incidents.
