From 10:55 AM to 12:30 PM, outbound email was unavailable and inbound mail experienced delays on our shared Zimbra platform. An automated internal config change disrupted mail server access to authentication services. The issue has been resolved and full functionality restored.
An automated change by a Zimbra service disconnected all ongoing database connections internally on the Zimbra cluster. Our Mail Admins are working diligently to rollback the changes. Mail is being queued, and will deliver once resolved. No loss of data is expected.
