XMission’s backend VoIP provider will be performing energy updates that will affect our SIP Trunking customers. We have been notified that these emergency updates will occur on Tuesday, May 27th, from 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). During the upgrade process, XMission SIP Trunking may be unavailable and/or unresponsive for up to 45 minutes. Once the upgrades are completed, your SIP services should automatically re-authenticate. However, your system may require a reboot and/or manual re-authentication.
