From approximately 5:01 p.m. to 5:11 p.m. on March 14th some XMission Fiber customers experienced an outage when one of the routers that serves our fiber customers rebooted. We understand that UTOPIA itself had a networking issue starting just before our router rebooted and are awaiting details from them. We are still investigating why our router crashed.
