XMission Colocation customers may have experienced a partial or total network outage due to an unplanned reboot of one of our network switches. While committing a security update that was successfully accepted by other switches of the same model and similar configuration, one particular colocation switch rebooted itself after being updated. Customers that have their colocation connection on this switch would have felt a 5-10 minute network outage during this reboot. All equipment is back online and operational, but should you need additional support please reach out to Technical Support/NOC accordingly.
