Rebooting switch to resolve SNMP-related error, scheduled 3 years ago

At the advice of our vendor's TAC team, we will be rebooting one of our network switches on Sunday the 14th at 3 AM to resolve a SNMP-related bug. Care will be taken during this time, and we will reroute customer traffic to a redundant switch prior to rebooting to avoid disruption of service. While no downtime is anticipated during the maintenance window, customers might experience slight delays or lagging as we transition traffic from one redundant switch to the other.
