Customers on the smaller of XMission's multiple VLANs for voice traffic on UTOPIA are having issues connecting to our voip switch. Investigation is ongoing. Affected customers may contact support for emergency help getting back on line, and in the meantime be aware you may forward all calls to another phone, and any inbound calls may be answered by VM. Further, you may use your credentials to login to the XMission Voice app, available on both the Apple Store and Google Play to send/receive calls to your home phone on your cell phone.
