XMission's legacy router for UTOPIA services is exhibiting problems that require an emergency reboot. All affected customers will experience downtime and may need to power cycle their routers in order to reconnect.
Please note that nearly half of our UTOPIA customers, including all Enterprise and many SMB customers, have been moved off this old router already. The rest have been scheduled for migration within the next too weeks. These customers are not impacted by this issue.
