eero has provided a software fix that allows their routers to function correctly on XMission's network. This fix has been pushed out to all XMission customers on the UTOPIA network. Tonight XMission and UTOPIA will be begin moving those customers off the temporary VLAN back to XMission's full service. We will slowly execute this move over the coming nights in small, manageable volumes. Affected customers may experience a brief outage as their eeros reconnect. If you have an eero and continue to be unable to access the Internet, power cycle the eero, and if that also does not work, alert XMission support. Please note ONLY customers currently using eero routers on an XMission UTOPIA circuit will be impacted.
