We have been made aware of issues affecting our Bozeman, MT customers. Our networking team is working on a resolution, and we will update this page as we receive new information. UPDATE: This has since been resolved. You may need to power cycle your personal router, and if your router was set to a static configuration earlier this year you'll want to update your router's WAN connection type to DHCP or Dynamic rather than Static.

Starting Monday night September 30th, XMission will be performing maintenance on our network serving our Yellowstone Fiber customers. This maintenance will consist of upgrading XMission's Yellowstone DNS, DHCP, and speedtest servers to newer, more robust hardware, and rebooting our gateway router. The maintenance will begin at 11 PM and end at 5 AM. During this time customers can expect a disruption in Internet service that will last between 20-30 minutes.

We have confirmed an outage in the WV001 footprint of West Valley City. UTOPIA is sending field services out to investigate. No ETA at this time.

DESCRIPTION: UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in the MD001 footprint(s) in Midvale, UT. Field Services are currently working on the fiber dmg. Cause is squirrel chewing. There are 13 residential customers affected
