Colocation Unplanned XMission Colocation Network Switch Reboot

XMission Colocation customers may have experienced a partial or total network outage due to an unplanned reboot of one of our network switches. While committing a security update that was successfully accepted by other switches of the same model and similar configuration, one particular colocation switch rebooted itself after being updated. Customers that have their colocation connection on this switch would have felt a 5-10 minute network outage during this reboot. All equipment is back online and operational, but should you need additional support please reach out to Technical Support/NOC accordingly.

VoIP Unplanned XMission Voice Outage

XMission Voice customers may have experienced a loss in service between 12:20 and 1:03 pm. While Network Admins were completing security updates on network switches, a device had a unexpected reboot causing the voice server to loss its connection. Service is fully restored, but if your voice service is not working as expected, please reach out to Technical Support.
