DESCRIPTION: UTOPIA maintenance MR001 network redesign/configuration change

MAINTENANCE START TIME: 9/22/2023 12:01 AM MST

SCOPE OF IMPACT: All customers will experience a brief outage while maintenance is being performed.

The scheduled maintenance will take place September 16th at 12:00 AM. Network admins are going to be replacing a network switch. This process is expected to last an hour or less. Less than a dozen customers will be impacted and will not have internet during this time.

XMission will perform scheduled upgrades to the power system on our VoIP servers tonight, from midnight to 6 a.m. Downtime should be brief and may require a reboot of your onsite Telephone Adapter.

UTOPIA Network Outage Notification for 09/07/2023 - Footprint(s) MU007-ADS-1003 DESCRIPTION: UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in the MU007-ADS-1003 footprint(s) in Murray, UT. Field Services are in transit to the site. There are 12 residential customers affected. RESOLVED: The outage has been resolved. All services have been restored. ADS Slot died, Customers have been moved to New ADS RESOLUTION TIME: 2:00 pm MST

Lehi Fiber management partners Strata Networks will be pushing a firmware upgrade to all OLTs and ONTs.

Customers in Lehi will experience two 10 minutes service outages during the maintenance window as the equipment reboots

UTOPIA has confirmed an outage in the Murray area. They have a tech en route, but no ETA at this time.

UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in all footprint(s) in West Valley City, UT. Engineering is investigating the issue. There are 200+ residential customers affected. Updates will be sent as we know more information.

UTOPIA Network Outage Resolution - 8/22/2023 - All Footprint(s) in West Valley, UT. RESOLVED: The outage has been resolved. All services have been restored. Failed Network Equipment RESOLUTION TIME: 2:00 PM

There is currently a partial outage in Midvale footprint MD002. UTOPIA is currently investigating the cause, but suspect it is due to a power issue.

It appears that this was caused by a tripped circuit breaker -Resolved

UTOPIA has confirmed an outage affecting some customers in Brigham City. No ETR at this time.
