SCOPE OF IMPACT: All customers affected will experience a brief outage while maintenance is being performed.

START: 09/22/2025 12:01 AM MST STOP: 09/26/2025 06:00 AM MST Maintenance will be performed between the hours of midnight to 6AM 9/22/2025 - 9/26/2025. ~765 residential customers will be affected

We are working on the slowness, and the current authentication issues.

We have been made aware about long loading times for some customers logging into webmail.xmission.com. We are currently investigating the issue and working to get it resolved.

Our admins have resolved the issue and have confirmed that our webmail interface is operating as it should be.

Scheduled Maintenance: Zimbra upgrade (Sep 17, 10:00 PM–12:00 AM MDT)

We will be performing planned maintenance on the Zimbra mail platform tonight, Wednesday, September 17, from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM MDT. During this window we are retiring the Zimbra 9 MTA/Proxy servers and bringing the Zimbra 10 servers online. This upgrade is part of our rolling migration to Zimbra 10.

Impact: This will only impact our private label Zimbra Hosts. Inbound mail will queue and deliver once services are restored. No data loss is expected. https://zimbra.xmission.com will NOT be affected by this.

Our office phone system upgrades are designed to enhance the quality and reliability of our communication services, thereby improving our customer experience.

Please be informed of the following:

• Maintenance Time: The transition will take place between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on September 5, 2025.
• Service Impact: We anticipate some disruptions to our corporate telephone service during this migration.

Tonight, between 8:30 PM and midnight (MDT), XMission will be performing scheduled license maintenance on our Zimbra mail systems.

During this window, some services may be temporarily unavailable:

Zimbra administration portal
Mobile device connections using ActiveSync/Exchange

Normal mail flow will continue:

POP/IMAP access will remain available
Mail delivery in and out of the system will continue without interruption
