This morning one of the mail servers in the Zimbra mail cluster, zms02, has locked up preventing customer access. Admins are investigating the cause. At this time mail is being spooled in our mail transit infrastructure, no email is expected to be lost while our admins work towards a resolution. UPDATE - - - Maintenance has bee completed, you should see mail flowing normally now.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with some of our Zimbra hosted email services. Our system administrators are currently working on them, and we will update further as we receive updates. UPDATE - ZMS02 is now operational. There may be some slowness in the next 4 hours, but the server is fully operational.

UPDATE: This looks to be a possible DNS issue - as a work around you can update your DNS servers in your router to Google, 8.8.8.8 or Cloudflare, 1.1.1.1. While we look into updating to an alternate route.
