The scheduled maintenance will take place August 15th at 8:00AM. Network admins will be rebooting a networking switch which should take an hour or less, and less than 30 customers will be affected

UTOPIA is sending field technicians to investigate an unresponsive switch which is resulting in a partial outage affecting some of our customers in Payson, specifically on the PA011 footprint.

Technicians are on their way, updates will be posted here are they develop

SCOPE OF IMPACT: All customers will experience an outage while maintenance is being performed.

On Monday August 5th, XMission will be performing maintenance on our network serving our Southern Ute Fiber customers. This maintenance will consist of upgrading XMission's Southern Ute DNS, DHCP, and speedtest servers to newer, more robust hardware, and rebooting our gateway router. The maintenance will begin at 9 AM and by 3 PM. During this time customers can expect a disruption in Internet service that will last between 15-30 minutes.

DESCRIPTION: UTOPIA maintenance retirement of core devices out of MU015. This maintenance will be two nights in a row. Engineering will finish as many as they can on night one and do the remainder on night two.
