UPDATE: Issues in Bozeman have been resolved.

We are looking into issues with our Yellowstone Fiber customers in Bozeman. Our DHCP server has a failed HDD and we are in the process of getting that replaced. Please call our support at 877.964.7746 x 4 and we can help you further. No ETA at this time.

We've been made aware of an outage affecting the WHV04 footprint in West Haven, UT. Field services are en route to site. No ETR at this time, but will update with further information once received.

UPDATE This is now resolved and services have been restored. If you have further issue, we recommend a power cycle of your personal router to clear up any lingering issues.

UTOPIA is further investigating the transit on site which resulted in outage earlier on the 4th. Approximately 117 residential customers in Lindon, UT are currently affected, field techs have been dispatched

The initial cause was a utility power outage. The cabinet has no functioning backup generator.
