UTOPIA Network Outage Resolution - 8/22/2023 - All Footprint(s) in West Valley, UT. RESOLVED: The outage has been resolved. All services have been restored. Failed Network Equipment RESOLUTION TIME: 2:00 PM

There is currently a partial outage in Midvale footprint MD002. UTOPIA is currently investigating the cause, but suspect it is due to a power issue.

It appears that this was caused by a tripped circuit breaker -Resolved

UTOPIA has confirmed an outage affecting some customers in Brigham City. No ETR at this time.

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved.

MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION: LI007 - Lindon START: 8/11/2023 12:01 AM STOP: 8/11/2023 6:00 AM We have a planned maintenance tonight. All customers will experience a brief outage as we perform a power upgrade. ~337 residential customers will be affected. UTOPIA Maintenance has been completed.

One of our Zimbra servers was impacted between 11:30am - 12:30pm. Admins are still working to resolve the cause of the impact.

DESCRIPTION: UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in the OR019 footprint(s) in Orem, UT. Field Services are in transit to the site. There are 22 residential customers affected.

MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION: MD009 - Midvale START: 8/4/2023 12:01 AM STOP: 8/6/2023 6:00 AM We have a planned maintenance tonight. All customers will experience a brief outage as we perform a power upgrade. ~46 residential customers will be affected.

UTOPIA is investigating an issue that may be affecting some of our UTOPIA customers in Brigham City. Engineers have been dispatched to investigate further, ETR TBD

UPDATE: All services restored

There has been a power outage that is affecting a portion of our customers in Pleasant Grove, UT on the PG005 footprint. UTOPIA is sending a team out to fix the issue. Currently no ETR.

UPDATE: This has been resolved.

Our network administrator is currently working with our fiber partners to repair a downed access point at the Artspace Commons which feeds the buildings there, affecting some tenants connections, as well as our Central 9th East hub, and Tryangles - Current ETR: 7-9am MST
