SCOPE OF IMPACT: All customers will experience a brief outage during maintenance

XMission will be performing router maintenance starting 12:01 AM to 6:00 AM on Thursday 13th. This maintenance will affect our Yellowstone Fiber customers, but it will NOT impact our UTOPIA Fiber customers. During this maintenance window, XMission's Network Admin will be relocating our Yellowstone Fiber router to a new facility. We will also use this time to make minor configuration changes on the router to optimize its connection to XMission's Salt Lake City infrastructure, as well as make this router ready for IPv6 dualstack service. Yellowstone Fiber customers can expect Internet service downtime during this maintenance window.

UTOPIA Network Outage Notification for 4/11/2023 - Footprint(s) BR003 DESCRIPTION: UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in the BR003 footprint(s) in Brigham City, UT. Field Services are in transit to the site. There are 40+ residential customers affected.

UPDATE: This outage is due to a fiber cut. Field Services are working on resolving the issue. ETR: 11:00 PM - 12:00 AM

SCOPE OF IMPACT: All customers will experience brief outage while maintenance is performed.

DESCRIPTION : UTOPIA maintenance OR038 switch retirement. 20 residential customers will be moved during the day on 4/5/2023.

MAINTENANCE START TIME: 4/5/2023 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Residential customers will be moved.

SCOPE OF IMPACT: All customers will experience brief outage as they are moved to an upgraded switch.

XMission has scheduled a maintenance window between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28th to perform emergency maintenance on our Universal Power Supply (UPS) infrastructure. No issues are expected and we will run our backup generators to better ensure the facility has stable power the entire time.
