XMission has scheduled a routine maintenance window between 6:00 p.m. and approximately midnight on Monday, November 3rd to perform maintenance on our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) infrastructure. No issues are expected and we will run our backup generators to better ensure the facility has stable power the entire time.

Emergency XMission Network Maintenance, scheduled 3 years ago

XMission will be performing a firmware upgrade on one of our border rotuers this Sunday (07/10) at 3AM. This firmware update will address a memory leak detected on our border router. Precautions will be taken to move traffic gracefully off the border router prior to maintenance, and no disruption to customer service is expected.

Border Router Emergency Maintenance - Partial Network Outage - RESOLVED

Emergency maintenance was required on a network border router - affected traffic was moved to alternate border router at approx 5:30 AM, restoring service, maintenance was then performed, and traffic has since been moved back.
