12 customers remain affected by an overnight outage in Orem O006 that remains unidentified with repairs ongoing.

Outage in the OR005 footprint(s) in Orem, UT. Engineering has been notified. Field Services has also been notified and is in transit to the site. 26 customers are affected. A slot in the switch has failed and a new slot is being prepared to replace it. ETTR 4:30 PM MDT

Starting late Sunday evening/Monday morning XMission will be introducing a new border router into network. Once in place we will be migrating some of our upstream carriers to it. Prior to migrating these upstream connections traffic will be gracefully rerouted and streams given time to move onto new paths. Upstream connections will be migrated one at a time. The following will be moving to the new border router: Comcast, XO/Verizon, Hurricane Electric, SIX, and CenturyLink/Lumen.

START TIME: 9:00 AM 10:34am RESOLVED: We have been able to get power to our equipment and service has been restored.

UTOPIA will be repairing damaged fiber at 115 E 6790S , Midvale UT. 84047 SCOPE OF IMPACT: 14 residential customers across 6 different ISPs can expect to be down for 4 to 5 hours during this maintenance.

Xmission has detected a memory leak on one of our Access Switches. At the recommendation of our vendor's technical support, we will be performing a reboot on this switch tonight at midnight. This reboot will impact a small number of our Metro Ethernet customers, and downtime is estimated to last under 30 minutes.
