A segment of the Lehi City Fiber Network is currently experiencing an outage, technicians have identified a fiber cut that has caused this outage. Unfortunately there is no ETA at this time and these fiber cuts can take upwards of 24 hours to be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

September 11, 2026 at 3:20 PM Crews are on site and actively repairing the damaged fiber. Fiber replacement and splicing activities are underway. At this time, service restoration is estimated between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM

Scheduled XMission Maintenance 09/06, scheduled 1 week ago

Between 6 AM to 12 PM on 09/06, XMission will be performing network maintenance relocating our border routers to a different rack in our facility. Senior Networking Admins will be on site to ensure traffic is gracefully rerouted to minimize impact to customers during the maintenance window. This maintenance window is in preparation of future upgrades that will introduce 400Gb capacity to our network backbone.

XMission.com Email Client SSL issue for email users.

We are currently working on an SSL issue impacting email clients such as Outlook and Thunderbird. Webmail.xmission.com is currently unaffected.

And now this should be resolved. If you restart the program and the device, and it sitll gives the SSL error, please let us know.

Lehi Fiber Lehi City Fiber Network Outage - Resolved

[8/20 7:08 PM] Discovered that a segment of the Lehi City Fiber Network is experiencing an outage. [8/20 7:09 PM] Discovered fiber outage is affecting cabinets 39, 40, and 41 [8/21 2:54 AM] Lehi City Fiber informed us technicians will be dispatched to each cabinet this morning as part of ongoing restoration efforts. [08/21 8:41 AM] Lehi City Fiber has confirmed repairs are ongoing, but do not have an ETA at this time. Cloudflare issues

We are currently investigating an issue regarding customers not being able to access websites that run off Shopify that route through cloudflare, some websites may be inaccessible during this time and we apologize for the inconvenience. This issue started around 11:00 am MST and we will be posting updates as the day goes on. UPDATE - This looks to be mostly resolved, only now affecting IP's that have been reported as abusive at abuseipdb.com
