We've been made aware of an outage in Orem, Utah affecting our customers. At this time, we do not have an ETR, but will update as we receive information.

Update: Roughly 600 customers are affected by this outage. It seems to be due to a power outage.

Our customers using a PPPoE static configuration are currently experiencing an issue getting network connection. Our network admin is currently working to get this resolved, however at this time we don't have an ETA.

UPDATE: This has since been resolved. You may need to power cycle your equipment to re-establish connection.

UTOPIA Footprint(s) LA003 DESCRIPTION: UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in the LA003 footprint(s) in Layton, UT. Field Services are in transit to the site. There are 270 residential customers affected.
