We will be installing updates on our Zimbra infrastructure to bring software up to newest versions/patches. Downtime is estimated to be minimal (approximately 5-10 minutes) while services are restarted.

XMission has scheduled maintenance on our Universal Power Supply (UPS) infrastructure. The maintenance will occur over the course of three nights; between the windows of 6 p.m. and 12 a.m. on Monday the 22nd, Tuesday the 23rd, and Wednesday the 24th. No issues are expected. XMission will run off our backup generators to ensure the facility has stable power during the maintenance windows.

UTOPIA Network Outage Notification for 01/11/2024 - Footprint(s) LA001 DESCRIPTION: UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in the LA001 footprint(s) in Layton, UT. Field Services are on site and services should be restored shortly. There are 600 residential customers affected.

RESOLVED: The outage has been resolved. All services have been restored. Stacking switches rebooted RESOLUTION TIME: 1:53 PM

To improve performance and security on our datacenter network, XMission will be performing emergency scheduled maintenance on our datacenter access switches on Friday the 29th. Maintenance will begin on Friday the 29th at 00:05 AM MST and end by 6:00 AM MST. During this maintenance window our network admins will be upgrading the firmware on our datacenter access switches. Our network admins will strive to minimize downtime as much as possible, but colocation customers can expect service interruptions lasting around 15-45 minutes during this maintenance window.

Customers with VoIP services will also see their service impacted for 15-45 minutes during this time.
