Murray Murray Outage MU023 - Fixed

UTOPIA Network Outage Notification for 10/28/2022 - Footprint(s) MU023 DESCRIPTION: UTOPIA has been alerted to an outage in the MU023 footprint(s) in Murray, UT. Field Services and Engineers are in transit to the site. There are 100 residential customers affected.

RESOLVED: The outage has been resolved. All services have been restored. Switch failed swapped to new switch, set up truck rolls for 7 customers who's equipment is incompatible with the new switch.

VoIP XMission Mobile App (Android)

Android users using the XMission Mobile Voice App, are not getting notifications of new incoming phones calls. We believe the issue is with the Android operating system is not accepting the "push notifications" from our Voice Server relaying the incoming call to the user. If you have your XMission Mobile Voice App open and live on the screen this does not apply.
